We strongly prefer that your monologue be selected from a play, and that you are familiar with the content of the play. MONOLOGUE: Your monologue should be memorized and no more than one-minute long. The total time for the video including the monologue and song should not exceed 2 minutes. Before you sing the 16 bars of your song, please also introduce the song. For example, “Hello, my name is David Tennant and I will be doing a monologue as Dobby from Harry Potter.”ģ. Then introduce the piece you will be performing.
